This workshop is for therapists who have completed part 1 live or via video course
Part 2 is an experiential day for practitioners to learn and have a chance to practice interventions and approaches to work with clients on body insecurities and anti-fat bias. It is open to all practitioners (therapists, coaches, counsellors etc.) . Over the weeks we will look at:
· Unconcious Bias
· Food & Body Rules
· Family Messaging
· Creative Interventions
· Intuitive Eating
· Joyful Movement

Yes! Anyone who works with other humans especially with 1:1 clients will benefit.
We do practical experiential interventions to use in your client work.

What are the dates?
We start Friday 31st January 2025 at 12:30
(then 7, 28 Feb & 7,14, 21 Mar - note no sessions 14th and 21st Feb)
How long are the sessions?
1.5 hours from 12:30-2pm
(it’ll be recorded if you need to get back to work after an hour)

Worry not, you can purchase this pre-recorded video course of Part 1 ahead of this course starting!
How are the sessions conducted?
They will all be live sessions via zoom, which are recorded and available to watch for 1 week after each session for those who might not be able to make a session.
What if I can’t attend a session?
All sessions are recorded. Session 1 is mandatory though so we can build a safe community.
I’m a parent, what happens in school holidays?
So are we! We have designed the course around school holidays.
How will I know if this is a safe space?
We will prepare all attendees about use of language and how we respect each other in
sessions. We aim to create a space that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
